1. Optimized injection unit

Optimized traditional twin-cylinder, employing whole body casting base instead of conventional two-point support, improving the overall injection unit rigidity and more stable injection motions. Direct connection between valve and injection cylinder, achieve rapid movement response.

2. Mold adjusting system

Employed accurate gear adjustment system, mold adjusting is smooth and fast. Also save die-setting time.

3.Optimized design for tail platen (patented)

Adoption of box type design with maximum size, enabling small distortion of molding board.

4. New generation screw and barrel

New designed screws and barrels, can make optional features as per customer require, improved plasticizing speed with higher mixing quality, precision, and wear-resisting, wider applicability.

5. Patented optimized moving platen

Moving platen optimized according to actual stress conditions. Clamping force transferred evenly from toggle to the central surface, then effectively to the mold, ensure product accuracy. Maximized platen shearing surface, stress balanced by analysis, reduce stress concentration.

6. Wider toggle layout for longer service life

Toggle hinge numbers are added up, more bushings to help reducing shearing pressure during movement, with widened hinge ear area, platen stress is dispersed equally, reduce stress concentration.

7. Steel sliding plate for moving platen, optimized lubrication system

Steel sliding plate for clamping shoes on the base, for better movement. Lubricating oil infuse to copper bushings, better lubrication.

8. High rigidity machine base

Machine base design features complete sealing and high rigidity.  In order to facilitate power system’s checking and maintenance, by-pass filter with 1μm filtering precision is employed.

9. New appearance design

Rotate control panel, possible to adjust height and angle. New patented guarding design, prevent safety door opened accidentally. User friendly mechanical safety lock. Safety guarding injection unit, better appearance and more safety.
